Festival of Champions Returns This November with “Joyful Noise”

The atmosphere in Delta is already building up as RCCG Champions Cathedral prepares for the 8th edition of its annual Festival of Champions, a three-day gathering that has grown into one of the most anticipated worship events in the state. This year’s edition, themed “Joyful Noise,” will run from November 19th to 21st, 2025.
Festival of Champions 2025, Anyone who has attended past editions knows what to expect. Thousands of people singing under the open sky, genuine worship, heartfelt prayers, and testimonies that often linger long after the lights are off. The Festival of Champions is never just a program; it feels like a reunion of people who come believing that God will meet them right where they are.
This 2025 edition brings together an impressive mix of gospel ministers, familiar faces, returning favourites, and new voices.
Ministers in Word:

For many attendees, the blend of international voices and home-grown worship leaders has always been part of the festival’s charm. Last year, the atmosphere was electric as crowds poured into the field for the grand finale, and organisers say this year will be no different. Festival of Champions 2025
The first two days (Nov 19th and 20th) will take place at RCCG Champions Cathedral at 3:00 PM daily. The festival will then move to the Urhobo College Field on Friday, Nov 21st at 6:00 PM for the grand finale, a venue that has comfortably hosted large crowds in previous editions.
Speaking ahead of the event, Host Pastor Emmanuel Emefienin shared:

The event is completely free and open to everyone, families, churches, students, workers, and anyone who simply wants to worship and experience a refreshing time with God.
Those who cannot attend physically will be able to join the livestream on YouTube (RCCG Champions Cathedral), on DSTV and across Festival of Champions’ social media platforms.
